R & R LIMOUSINE NAMED OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE
KENTUCKY BOURBON TRAIL® TOUR

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — R & R Limousine has been named an official sponsor of the iconic Kentucky Bourbon Trail adventure, offering luxury rides and packages to the tour’s seven legendary distilleries.

“R & R is a high-class, relaxing choice for visitors who want someone else to do the driving,” said Adam Johnson, Director of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail® experience. “It’s the perfect combination of responsibility and around-the-clock service.”

The company, purchased by Carey and Eddie Fieldhouse in 2003, is based in Louisville and conveniently located near the Louisville International Airport. Its fleet consists of luxury sedans, SUVs, vans, stretch limousines and buses.

Its headquarters is open all day and night, seven days a week, to accommodate the diverse schedules of visitors, executives, conventioneers, wedding parties and other professional clients, Carey Fieldhouse said.

“Having chauffeured transportation makes the Kentucky Bourbon Trail tour much more enjoyable because visitors can relax and enjoy the journey without worrying where to turn next,” she said.

“We’ve been impressed by the increasing number of calls from tourists wanting to visit a distillery. Many already have a favorite brand, while others just want to try Bourbon for the first time.

“We are honored to be named an official sponsor of this popular, unique attraction.”

Two-hour, four-hour and all-day excursions are available. R & R furnishes their Kentucky Bourbon Trail® tour vehicles with refreshments, requested music and videos. Professional chauffeurs guarantee you won’t get lost.

The Kentucky Bourbon Trail® tour features Four Roses and Wild Turkey in Lawrenceburg; Heaven Hill in Bardstown; Jim Beam in Clermont; Maker’s Mark in Loretto; Town Branch in Lexington and Woodford Reserve in Versailles.

KDA President Eric Gregory thanked R & R Limousine for its support and said the sponsorship program is a result of the skyrocketing global popularity of Kentucky Bourbon and the iconic tour.

“Kentucky is the only place in the world where visitors can enjoy the one, true authentic Bourbon experience,” he said. “We have two centuries of rich tradition, craftsmanship and proud heritage that can’t be duplicated anywhere else.”

Sponsorships are available to select transportation companies, restaurants and bars, hotels and inns, tourism attractions and convention and visitors’ bureaus. All must have a link to the Bourbon industry or the responsible consumption of spirits.

Kentucky Bourbon Trail® distilleries have logged more than 2 million visits in the last five years, with 450,000 in 2011 alone, Johnson said. Visitors have traveled from all 50 states and more than 50 countries, he said.

The KDA announced recently that its Passport program — which rewards visitors who tour all participating distilleries — has already broken last year’s record with more than 13,000 completions through September.

“As the Kentucky Bourbon Trail journey grows, we’re pleased to add partners that enhance the visitor experience and showcase our legendary distilleries,” Johnson said. “If you’re looking for a luxurious, comfortable and safe way to experience the Kentucky Bourbon Trail tour, we encourage you to try R & R Limousine.”
