Bourbon Highball
Ingredients
- 2 parts Kentucky Bourbon
- 4-6 parts ginger ale, club soda or seltzer
Instructions
- Fill a highball glass with ice and add Bourbon
- Top with the soda of your choice, gently stir and garnish with an eco-straw and a citrus peel, and serve
