Kentucky Mule

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Kentucky Bourbon
  • 1/2 part fresh lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Mint sprig and lime wheel (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the Bourbon and lime juice to a copper mule mug (or a highball glass)
  2. Fill the mug (or glass) with ice and top with ginger beer

  3. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel (optional)

    Glassware: copper mule mug (or highball)
    Served: lots of ice
    Garnish: mint sprig, lime wheel
