Mint Julep

Instructions

1. In a julep cup, combine ~8 fresh Kentucky Colonel mint leaves with simple syrup and lightly muddle
2. Add Bourbon and crushed ice to ¾ full, and stir until the silver cup is chilled on the outside
3. Mound with ice and pack tightly, garnish with a sprig of mint and an eco-straw (the straw was invented just for mint juleps!)
   
   Glassware: silver julep cup
   Served: crushed ice
   Garnish: large sprig of mint, eco-straw
