Old Fashioned

Instructions

If using simple syrup:

1. Add Bourbon, simple syrup and bitters to a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled
2. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and serve
If using sugar cube:

1. Drop cube into mixing glass and top with bitters, muddle to break down sugar
2. Add Bourbon and ice and stir until chilled
3. Strain into a rocks glass, garnish with an orange peel and serve
   
   Glassware: rocks or double rocks glass
   Served: rocks or one large rock
   Garnish: orange peel
