Paper Plane

Ingredients

  • 3/4 part Kentucky Bourbon
  • 3/4 part Aperol
  • 3/4 part Amaro Nonino
  • 3/4 part fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino and lemon juice into a shaker with ice
  2. Shake until well chilled, strain into a glass
  3. Garnish with a lemon peel and serve

    Glassware: coupe, nick & nora
    Served: up
    Garnish: lemon peel
