Seelbach cocktail in a champagne flute with an orange twist



  • 1 part Kentucky Bourbon
  • ½ part Cointreau
  • 4 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 3 dashes Peychauds bitters
  • Champagne or sparkling wine


  1. Add Bourbon, Cointreau and bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled
  2. Strain into a champagne flute, top with champagne, garnish with an orange twist and serve

    Glassware: champagne glass
    Served: up
    Garnish: long orange twist
