Angel’s Envy™ Named Business of the Year

Louisville, Kentucky (December 14, 2017) – On Dec. 5, 2017, Louisville Distilling Company, producers of the highly celebrated Angel’s Envy Kentucky straight bourbon finished in port barrels, was honored to accept the Medium Size Business of the Year Award from Louisville Business First.

Based on its success, company culture, community participation and the unique approach to business at Angel’s Envy, the award was received by Wes Henderson, co-founder and chief innovation officer, during the dinner banquet.

“We always look for opportunities to do things better, and to create a more premium experience for our consumers and fans, both in the quality of our liquid and through their experiences at the distillery,” Henderson said. “It’s truly an honor to win this award, and we plan to continue to look for ways to get exceptional results.”

The Angel’s Envy team was recognized for their dedication to more intimate tours at the distillery, as well as their commitment to their annual ‘Toast the Trees’ program, which helps to replant trees in Kentucky and Appalachia that are harvested for bourbon barrels.
