Four Roses Bourbon Employees Volunteer to Clean Up Riverbank

May 10, 2017

MEDIA ADVISORY

Employees from Four Roses Bourbon will host a Salt River Clean Up Day on Friday, May 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Volunteers will spend the day maintaining the pristine riverbank along the Distillery grounds by removing debris.

The group will kick off the day with lunch in the Distillery gazebo. Directly after lunch, they will move across the street to clean up the riverbank. The group will target areas around the dam, bridge, and the highway where it forks on each side of the Salt River.

One of Four Roses’ main environmental resources for handcrafting its Bourbon is limestone-rich, fresh water. Therefore, Four Roses is committed to preserving this resource today and for the future, which includes keeping local waterways beautiful, clean and free of debris.
