Negroni Week – Kentucky Style

June 5-11, 2017 is Negroni Week as hosted by Imbibe Magazine and Campari. 6,000 bars around the world participate to raise nearly $1 million for charitable causes.

A classic Negroni is a gin based drink, but us Kentuckians like to bring it on home. Try this delicious variation and thank us later.

Kentucky Negroni

• 1 part Campari
• 1.5 parts Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
• 1 part sweet vermouth

Mix over ice and garnish with a lemon/orange peel and a sprig of mint.
