[LEXINGTON, Ky.] – ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference (ONE18), held May 20–22 in Lexington, Kentucky, will provide anyone interested in the burgeoning business of brewing and distilling with a unique opportunity to participate in a global conversation about industry innovations, challenges and trends. Leading in to the conference is the Alltech Craft Brews and Food Fest, held May 19 at Heritage Hall in the Lexington Convention Center. The event showcases the finest breweries in the industry, with over 60 brewers tapping 200 beers. Local eateries will be on hand to feed the crowd, and live music will provide the entertainment for one of the largest beer fests in the region. The ONE18 Brewing and Distilling session takes place Monday, May 21. Among the lineup of expert speakers is Chris Morris, master distiller for Brown-Forman Corporation. Morris has spent his career working in the bourbon industry and is currently responsible for maintaining the award-winning taste of the famed whiskies produced by the Woodford Reserve and Old Forester distilleries.
